One Day Turnaround
All-On-More™ offers Florida's FASTEST denture restoration turnaround
Dr. Krauser's exclusive collaboration with Florida's top restoration lab enables a truly fast 24-hour turnaround.
At All-On-More™ patients arrive for their surgical treatment and return the next day to receive their beautiful permanent set of implant retained teeth.
It's unfortunate but, many other practices mislead their patients in stating they can deliver teeth in a single day when in fact it is usually months or even six months before they are delivered their permanent smile.
Computer Aided Design - CAD
Our cases are designed by highly trained computer technicians that know how to position your teeth in the most aesthetic configuration. They also possess the dental knowledge necessary to position the teeth in the correct position to allow for a strong bite, full function and occlusion.

With the All On More™ procedure there are so many more choices for treatment. We have choices of how many implants are placed, where to place them, adjustable timing for each patients’ case and the choice of various materials. Carestream CBCT 9300
CBCT stands for "cone beam computed tomography". This is a particular x-ray machine that is used in situations where standard x-rays are not sufficient. The CBCT uses advanced technology which allows us to view 3D images of a patient's dental structure, soft tissues, bone and nerve pathways within the face and mouth. These special x-rays allow for precise treatments to be put in to effect due to its high quality images and the details within. When the CBCT x-rays are called for, we ask that patients wear comfy and loose fitting clothing and will have to remove any type of metal that can interfere with the scan itself. This includes but is not limited to; jewelry, hairpins, underwire bras and glasses.
Some of the most common procedures in which the CBCT is used are:
- Impacted teeth
- Locating oral pain
- Evaluating jaws, nerves, nasal cavity, and sinuses
- Reconstructive surgery
- Implant placement
- Diagnosing TMJ
CO2 Light Scalpel Laser
Since its inception in the 1960s, the Carbon Dioxide Laser has become a very common method for minimally invasive soft tissue surgery. The CO2 laser remains the best surgical tool that simultaniously incises soft tissue and stops bleeding from the small blood vessels along its path. This allows us to perform procedures that are less invasive than other offices. The results are less swelling and discomfort for our patients.
The DentalVibe is a unique tool that can help alleviate dental fear and anxiety, allowing you to get the dental treatment you need to stay healthy. The DentalVibe provides gentle vibration to the site of the dental injection. This vibration overloads the nerve that sends pain signals to the brain so that you don’t register the pain or discomfort from the injection. The sound of the vibration creates an added distraction, and the vibration also helps disperse the anesthesia once it’s injected so that it can work even faster.
Platelet Rich Plasma
Platelet rich plasma (PRP), a by-product of blood (plasma), is rich in platelets. PRP permits the body to take advantage of the normal healing pathways at a greatly accelerated rate. During the healing process, the body rushes many cells and cell-types to the wound in order to initiate the healing process. One of those cell types is platelets. Platelets perform many functions, including formation of a blood clot and release of growth factors into the wound. These growth factors function is to assist the body in repairing itself by stimulating stem cells to regenerate new tissue. The more growth factors released into the wound, the faster the healing. PRP promotes healing in bone grafting for dental implants, onlay and inlay grafts, sinus lift procedures, ridge augmentation procedures, and closure of cleft, lip, palate defects, repair of bone defects creating by removal of teeth or small cysts, and the repair of fistulas between the sinus cavity and mouth. This is of great significance to the surgeon who places dental implants. By adding PRP your implant surgeon can now grow bone more predictably and faster than ever before.
Osstell measures the lateral stability of the implant and thereby indirectly the degree of osseointegration. The results are presented as an ISQ, ranging from 1-100 ISQ, which correlates to micro mobility. We utilize this technology when performing your All On More™ procedure to make sure your implants are stable therefore, stabilizing your bite back to a strong full functioning set of teeth.
